1. All artwork must be ready to go in the correct format (JPEG, png OR pdf). If your artwork needs work done to it AN extra charges will apply.

  2. For embroidery setup fee will apply on any order under 12 pieces. Setup fees will be waved on order that contain 12 or more pieces

  3. before orders aRE started mock-ups must be approved and a deposit must be received
